Sebastopol clasp loose upon riband as issued, nearly extremely fine.
The roll for the Sebastopol clasp states "Thomas F Bowell Died in Camp 10 Feb 1855". He was serving with the 4th Company 11th Battery Royal Artillery which was heavily engaged at the Battle of Inkermann on 5 November 1854.
